S. Directions to Site: Site is in the northeast quadrant of the
intersection of I-26 and Hwy 64 east of Hendersonville. From
the interchange, go east on Hwy 64 for 200 yds. Turn left at
the traffic light and follow the frontage road for 0.1 mile
to Bon Worth on the right. The wastewater treatment plant is
behind the building. The outfall point is behind the plant
on Allen's Branch.

C. Describe receiving stream features and pertinent downstream
uses: Receiving stream drains mostly pasture land but is
impacted by new development. Stream is approximately 5 - 10
feet wide at this point and has a rock bottom with sand,
gravel, and silt. Downstream uses include aquatic and
wildlife propagation.

Spray Irrigation: insufficient area
Connection to Regional Sewer System: A sewer line connecting to
the City of Hendersonville runs parallel to Allen's Branch. The
facility should connect to this sewer line.

PART IV - EVALUATION AND RECOMMENDATIONS
It is recommended that the permit NOT be renewed. I spoke
with Jimmy Harris at the Bon Worth facility, and he was in favor
of connecting to the City of Hendersonville as soon as possible.
The applicant should be notified that adequate justification
including an economics analysis will be necessary in order to
consider renewal of the permit.
