I was able to get in contact with Mr. Hale. He wants to keep the permit and he was unaware of the permit expiration
and unpaid fees. The company has a new mailing address and phone number which probably caused the
communication problems. I'm going to send out an email (which I will copy you on) to Mr. Hale and Juanita James to get
them started fixing this.
