Based upon our review, we have determined that the proposed activity is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program subject to the following conditions: 1. The activity described in your application is for the issuance of a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nationwide Permit, Number 14, under 33 CFR Part 330. Any modification of your proposed activity, or change in the Nationwide Permit Number that you are seeking, will require an additional review for consistency by this office. 2. Please understand that this letter does not relieve you of the responsibility to ensure that all other applicable State authorizations and/or permit requirements are met prior to implementation of the project.
