The detour has been constructed and the new culvert is under construction. Please ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are maintained and seeding and mulching are performed as required to protect State surface waters. Construction of the new culvert is underway and the stream has been rerouted around the work site. Sediment and erosion control structures appear to be in good condition and working properly.
