Due to drainage concerns from the bridge replacement from the property owner of Parcel 4, the Division requested a change to include a ditch along the road on their property. Drainage will still be maintained within the currently shown right-of-way with some additional temporary construction easement needed. This change results in 19 linear feet of stream bank stabilization to Sparks Creek at the outlet of this new ditch. However, this new 19 linear feet of bank stabilization is directly across the creek from the 21 linear feet of bank stabilization at the other ditch outlet that has already been permitted, which does not increase the total linear feet of Sparks Creek impacted. I have attached revised permit drawings showing the updated design. We also completed a DWR pre-filing meeting request form to cover our bases (attached). Please let me know if this email is not sufficient documentation of this revision and you need more formal documentation for your records.
