Hi Tammy:
I have attached a couple of modification letters that I found in the
DOT folder on the shared drive. I also found the Bare and Racey
monitoring reports, which you probably have already. I tried to attach
them but they were to big. If you don't have them they are on the DOT
web site and I can get you that address again if you need it.
I also sent the e-mail to the Asheville regional office to see what
they could provide concerning the mitigation requirements.
I talked to John about what was needed and he said whatever you said
was needed Eric then filled me in on a bit of the situation. So,
this was the best I could do to help fill in the holes given the
removal of files for scanning. The only other possible thought (which
I just had) is if the DOT folks in the Regional office happen to have a
copy, but I do not know as they keep files dating back to 1997, which
was probably when the original mitigation plans were submitted.
