' If the owner/authority of the wastewater treatment facility (WW'IF) that will be accepting the wastewater flow from this project is different from the applicant of the project, then a letter must be provided from the owner/authority of the WWTF specifying the volume of flow that will be accepted. This quarterly report represents the City's actual City Hall "tapping" records, Water Pollution Control Pretreatment Administration and domestic development allocations for a period beginning on October 1, 1993 and ending on January 1, 1994. For basis of estimation, we submit for your consideration that residential sewer connections shall be equal to 240 gallons per day and light commercial shall be equal to 400 gallons per day. Domestic development allocations are submitted as requested by design engineers.
