Hunter and Loftee,
I just spoke with Warren Sugg of Mulkey, Inc. about the above project. Warren indicated that the client wants to move
forward with addressing the deficiencies in the stormwater plan for the hospital portion of the site. Warren has agreed
to send an email requesting an extension for Mulkey's response by close of business tomorrow. The DWQ is requiring
that this email provide a specific date by which we will receive the submittal.
The DWQ will proceed with the stormwater review for this project (including the portion received by us from Withers &
Ravenel on July 9, 2010) after we receive the submittal from Mulkey.
