Attached is the PCN for the Sanctuary at Hanover Reserve, Phase 4-1. They are proposing 0.03 acre of Waters of the
US impact (jurisdictional ditch) to widen a road crossing. Note that we applied for and received a NWP for impacts to
50 LF of stream and 0.028 acre of Waters of the US back in 2013 for the first phase of development. However, I
believe we are still under DWR's thresholds for written notification.

Hi Robb
I want to submit a PCN for a project that appears to be below DWR thresholds for requiring notification. I see the
PCN has been changed to require an applicant to note when the meeting was requested and it won't let you submit
until after the 30 days is up. I don't want to lie and back date the section, but I'm not sure how to submit it. Any
thoughts?

Just let me know if there is someone else at DWR to ask about this.
