Attached are project completion documents for the 7800 Tuckaseegee Road project in Charlotte. The grading
contractor inadvertently graded approximately 50 linear feet of stream that was not included in the permit
application. We worked with the project team to restore this area including planting shrubs and live stakes
along the restored reach of stream. I have attached photos from October of the area after restoration and
planting was complete. Please let me know if you have any questions.
