This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0049409. Hugh Parrott (BORC) was present and assisted with the inspection. No violations of the permit conditions or deleterious impacts to the receiving stream were observed at the time of the inspection, and the facility appeared compliant with NC0049409. Facility staff reported that they are planning to replace the booms at the downstream end of the dredge lagoon in the next 6 months as a preventative maintenance measure.
