Development on this site (Lots 4 and 5) is part of the overall 40/Wade Master Planned Community and will consist of the construction of residential townhomes, along with associated street, sidewalk, utility, and SW management infrastructure. "I"he proposed development is located within the Neuse River Basin, and ultimately drains to Richlands Creek, classified as C,NSW. A 401 WQ Cert was approved by NCDWQ for the overall 40/Wade Master Planned Community (DWQ Project # 06- 0961).
