Blvd, at the SE corner of the intersection of I-10 and Wade Avenue in Raleigh, NC. Development on this site (Lots 4
and 5) is part of the overall 40/Wade Master Planned Community and will consist of the construction of residential
townhomes, along with associated street, sidewalk, utility, and SW management infrastructure. "I"he proposed
development is located within the Neuse River Basin, and ultimately drains to Richlands Creek, classified as C,NSW.
A 401 WQ Cert was approved by NCDWQ for the overall 40/Wade Master Planned Community (DWQ Project # 06-
0961). Under the 401 WQ Cert issued by NCDWQ, the proposed site is required to comply with both stormwater
management plan and diffuse flow require?nents. Final stormwater management plans/calculations will be
reviewed/approved by the City of"Raleigh. This Express Review request is specifically For review/approval by
NCDWQ of the diffuse flow aspect of the 401 WO Cert
