So I think we need to let the city of Concord continue with the reviews and press upon the applicants/owners of the Speedway to give us all their permitted/approved SMPs. Please let me know if you want to take it from here as a Compliance issue (or a violation of the 401) since they have not responded to Annette's letter in over 2 years. Please see attached a copy of the letter. I couldn't find any approval letter and nay be Annette can Cuninient on it if she received the requested information. Thanks.
