Hi Cindy, and thanks for the PCN for this project. The plans look good and I will be able to verify use of NWPs 3 and 27.
However, for clarity on the actual impacts to waters of the US that we are authorizing, could you please include a map
overlaid on an aerial photo (similar to the one attached) that shows the following:
1) proposed LOD/project area,
2) existing streams and wetland (each with its own label and length/acreage),
3) the extent of proposed temporary impacts (due to restoration/enhancement),
4) the extent of proposed loss of stream channel/wetland (due to channel filling, loss of base flow, etc.).
Again, this will simply help to clarify where the proposed fill/work is taking place, and should match up to the impacts
reported in the PCN. Thanks, and please let me know if you have any questions.
