The Corps issued a modification to this permit on June 21, 2019. A written request for a second permit modification was received on August 5, 2020. This request involves authorization for additional impacts associated with further improvements to the Cedar Cliff public access area. The permit is modified to include the impacts for a temporary rip rap apron and excavation of accumulated lake sediment, as shown on the enclosed plans. These impacts consist of 0.14 acres of temporary impacts to open waters and 0.007 acres of permanent impacts to open waters. The total authorized open water impacts for this action are now 52.42 acres of temporary open water impacts and 10.567 acres of permanent open water impacts. The permit is hereby modified to include the work as noted above. All conditions of the original permit remain applicable and the expiration date is unchanged.
