Dear Mr. Cordello:
On June 3, 2010, DWQ received the As-Built Report and later received the Monitoring Bond on July 20,
2010 (dated June 4, 2010) for the above referenced parcel. This office approves the As-Built report.
According to the MBI, the following Project Milestones have been met, and the corresponding credits
shall be released:

3) Approval of As-Built Report and Monitoring Bond 10%
By copy of this correspondence, DWQ confirms that you have satisfied the above requirements for the
above-referenced tract an additional 10% of your nutrient offset (nitrogen) credits (0.1 x 24,639.32 =
2,463.931b-N) are now available for sale.
A total of 50% of the available nitrogen credits (0.5 x 24,639.32 =12,319.661b-N) have been released
for this site.
Upon submittal of documentation of the successful completion of Year 1 of monitoring and submittal of
the Year 1 Monitoring Report, DWQ will release an additional 10% of the nutrient offset (nitrogen)
credits resulting from the successful completion of Task 4 of your credit release schedule.
As always, please copy DWQ on all correspondence related to credit sales, referencing the DWQ project
number associated with the impacts for which credits are being purchased as compensatory mitigation.
