Overall the site contains a park with open grass space, trees, recreation courts, and picnic areas. Tanbark Branch daylights onto the property from a culvert at the intersection of Hill Street and Broad Street and flows northeast. An unnamed tributary flows south to north along the eastern project boundary. 3b. List the total estimated acreage of all existing wetlands on the property: N/A 3c. Goals are to reduce streambank erosion, enhance riffle and pool habitats, stormwater energy dissipation, invasive plant removal, and promote native riparian plants for long term stability. 3e. Describe the overall project in detail, including the type of equipment to be used: The stream enhancement will include reducing bank slopes, creating bankfull benches in incised areas, energy dissipation at stormwater outfalls, minor channel realignment away from a steep eroding streambank, step pool creation, invasive vegetation removal, and native riparian planting.
