The DWR concurs that the project does not require a written concurrence /general certification letter. Please be reminded that you must still comply with the activity specific conditions and the general conditions set forth in GC # 4132 that corresponds to the USACE’s NW 3. For future reference the DWR has assigned this project a DWR# 20201785.
