The only latjlong that I can find is from the file, 1995... 3512' 30", -82 22' 30". The Parcel information does also match a
map that we have from 2006 for Site Plan or Joe Gerard, 3 BDRM SFR Sand Filter in Polk Co.

Subject: ownership change for NCG550766
Bev — I'm trying to enter latitude/longitude data for some NCG55 sites.
One of the sites with no lat/long in BIMS was NCG550766. It was originally permitted to J.R. Padgett in 1995.
The current owner of record is Joe Gerrald of Rock Hill, SC. However, Mr. Gerrald doesn't appear in the Polk County GIS
database.
The Billing affiliation in BIMS is Larry Eckstein.
Mr. Eckstein owns 3 properties in Polk County, including a home at 129 River Cove Lane. This is the only one of his
properties that's in the River's Rest subdivision, and that subdivision is specified in the original CoC paperwork.
I entered a lat/long for his residence, as the GIS map roughly matches the permit map from 1995.
All the annual fees are paid, so this one will renew automatically. I'd like to make sure the owner [and location info] in
BIMS is up-to-date.
I believe that Mr. Eckstein is now the owner. Of course, no ownership change paperwork has reached us. Your
inspection in 2015 noted that an ownership change was needed, but also that no system had been installed.
I'm going to [separately] email you the parcel info from the Polk County GIS website. Did I guess wrong on the facility
location? I can delete the fat/long data if necessary.
