Facility discharges into McKee Creek which is Class C waters in the Yadkin Pee -Dee River Basin. Current NPDES permit #NC0064734 became effective on February 1, 2019 and expires on November 30, 2023. Compliance history was reviewed from September 2019 through August 2020. Facility reported a Fecal Coliform violation on 9/2019. At time of inspection facility appeared to be well operated and maintained. Effluent was clear with no visible suspended solids. No foam or solids were noted at point of discharge into McKee Creek.
