On November 4, 2020, Roberto Scheller of this Office conducted a compliance inspection at the subject facility. This
inspection was conducted as a Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) to insure compliance with permit requirements
and conditions. Deficiencies noted during the inspection are noted in the Summary section of the attached report.
The subject facility appeared to be operating properly at time of inspection and we wish to thank the operating staff for
their assistance regarding this inspection.
