It's pretty short right now, the more detailed review will happen after they provide the detailed information. Thanks, Annette From: Lucas, Annette Sent: Wednesday, July 21, 2010 4:35 PM To: Wilson, Susan A Cc: Cranford, Chuck; Edwards, Roger; Karoly, Cyndi Subject: 05-0844v2 Lipsey Water Treatment Facility Hi Susan and Chuck, The project is a 401 app, but it is in Macon County - so do you think it went to Chuck? I think that is his county. Bev says that the application was sent by her to the ARO on July 1, so hopefully it was received by now. I will go ahead and do the stormwater review for this 401 application. The applicant claims that the project is low density, but my judgment is that they are using a piped drainage system and therefore they do need to provide BMPs. Their plans show schematics of two bioretention cells and two level spreaders, so they are planning to do BMPs and it's just a matter of having them reviewed by DWQ. Cyndi and I spoke with Roger a little while ago and he is going to decide how the future 401 stormwater plans should be handled. We'll await his guidance. Thanks!! Please provide a stormwater management plan that removes a minimum of 85 percent TSS from the stormwater generated by this project. For each proposed BMP, please provide a completed BMP Supplement Form, with all the required items. The BMP Supplement Forms are available at the following web site: http://Portal.ncdenr.org/web/wq/ws/su/bmp-manual.
