Dear Landon,

This letter is in response to your 12-31-18 letter to Laurel Mountain Retreat attached.

As per the NOV, we missed sampling the effluent for September 2018 by error. When
we noticed the error we sampled the following month October 2018 in hopes we would
not be reviewed as missing for financial reasons or compliance issues.

We have informed our client any civil penalties will be our responsibilit y.
