Inspection Summary:
The facility was inspected for compliance on November 18, 2020 following complaints of sedimentation to the downstream
watercourse. The inspection revealed no compliance issues, and analytical monitoring did not show any samples beyond
the benchmark.
Notably, the area downstream of the outfall, as described in the "Permit and Outfalls" section of this report, appeared to be
eroded and may result in sedimentation of the receiving watercourse, but it appeared highly unlikely that the nature and size
of this disturbed area could lead to the degree of sedimentation reported downnstream. Nonetheless, the facility
representative was advised to stabilize the area immediately.
The facility will be re -inspected after 30 days to evaluate repairs associated with the outfall. A remote audit of the SWPPP
will be conducted prior to the next inspection.

Comment: The only outfall, the dam of a settling pond, was observed during the inspection. The facility
representative present during the inspection stated that he samples oust upstream of the dam,
which led to a discussion regarding the use of a discharge pipe or weir to create a more defined
outfall. The top of the dam's spillway was observed to consist of gravel and disturbed soil, which
the facilitv representative was advised to stabilize immediatelv.
