Dear Landon,

This letter is in response to your 9-10-19 letter to Laurel Mountain Retreat attached.

We reported a daily BOD exceedance of 17 mg/L on 6/12/19 and was compliant for the
monthly average by resampling the following week with a 2.7 mg/L to average 9.85
mg/L. The TSS exceedance was overlooked in our review which we would have
resampled to hopefully get the monthly average within limits. Both daily maximums
were out of compliance with initial test without way to resample to compliance.

We have adjusted the cycle times to the pods to lower the BOD and will continue to
monitor the recycle and dosing tanks solids levels to see if pumping is required.
