This is a courtesy notification that NCDOT will be replacing pipes in a jurisdictional area in Hertford County
under Nationwide Permit 3 conditions. Location is on Maple Fork Branch a tributary to Turkey Creek, Stream
Index No. 25-4-4-4-1, C;NSW Chowan River Basin.
Existing pipes(2)@ 24"x 40' RCP will be replaced by a(1)73"x 55"x 45'CAPA with riprap on the inlet and
outlet ends.
