Dear Permittee:
The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the LBJ Job Corps Center on
5/16/2019. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the
conditions and limitations specified in Collection System Permit No. WQCSD0609. The findings and
comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report
entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".
The following item was noted during the inspection:
Maintain an updated collected system map at the facility.

Inspection Summary:
Tim Heim of the Asheville Regional Office performed a routine Compliance Evaluation Inspection of the deemed collection
system on May 16, 2019. The system maintained by the facility includes only gravity lines and manholes that serve to Job
Corps facility. The single lift station is maintained by Macon County. Kent Gibson (USDA Works Program Office) was
present at the time of the inspection and indicated that most of the lines and manholes at the facility had been recently
replaced or rehabilitated and were in good working order.

address line cleanings (approximately once per year).

Inside and outside cleaning and debris removal?
Inspecting and exercising all valves?
