HomeMy WebLinkAboutNCC205310_Email RE Permittee Email Typo and Submitting New NOI_20201122Georgoulias, Bethany From: Georgoulias, Bethany Sent: Sunday, November 22, 2020 1:16 PM To: Joshua Beck; Selkane, Aziza; Morman, Alaina Subject: RE: [External] Re: Construction Stormwater General Permit Coverage Mr. Beck, I am so sorry, but we cannot alter the email entered on the original application record. We may have this ability in the future, but we cannot do it currently. The only remedy is to (1) terminate this COC (you can choose "Mistake" as the reason and explain the email address was incorrect on the original), and (2) submit a new NOI to get a COC with the correct contact information. If you let me know as soon as it's been submitted, I can waive the payment once the review step is done (you can disregard payment instructions that come out after that). It is important that you take care of this or future correspondence will not go to the correct address. Your Certificate of Coverage (COC) number is NCC205310, and your COC is attached. This COC has been issued for Quaker Field Subdivision in Randolph County, in response to the Notice of Intent (NOI) application submitted on 11/18/2020. You are required to follow the conditions of the NCGO10000 General Permit (or NCG250000 General Permit, if applicable) for the duration of your construction activity. You will be covered by this COC until you submit an electronic Notice of Termination (eNOT), provided you remain current with your annual permit fees. Remember, you must submit the ORIGINAL SIGNED NOI CERTIFICATION FORM that was uploaded to the eNOI to the Stormwater Program at the address on that form. The original signed NOI Certification Form is required to fulfill federal application requirements.
