Thank you for your review and assistance with the above referenced project.
The intent of this letter is to request a modification to the above referenced permit. The WQ004O915
permit issued on July 3, 2019 included 966 linear feet of relocated 24-inch gravity sewer and 105 linear
feet of 8-inch gravity sewer. The final as -built included 932 linear feet of relocated 24-inch gravity sewer
and 0 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer. The 105 linear feet of public 8-inch gravity sewer was
downsized to 10S linear feet of 6-inch gravity sewer service with clean -outs. The 6-inch gravity sewer
service meets the minimum design criteria, but should no longer be included with this permit number
because it is considered a service and not a public main.
