North Point Development proposes industrial development on 350-acres of
land between 1-85 and W 1 st Street
located in Gastonia and Lowell, Gaston County, North Carolina. The
proposed project includes the construction of
access roads, parking, utilities, and stormwater management facilities. The
proposed site plan will be provided
access via the future Lineberger Connector Project which includes the
Aberdeen Road extension and Lineberger
Road relocation. The proposed project seeks to construct eight (8)
distribution warehouse buildings, ranging from
203,840 SF to 1,300,000 SF and totaling 3,914,512 SF. Truck and
employee parking areas are required at each
building.
