If the re-submittal fails to include all required items at the correct scales, then the project will be returned. EXHB-02 displays the following problems: a. The scale is stated to be at 1" = 40', but the actual drawing is at a significantly smaller scale. Please provide the drawing at a 1" = 40' scale. b. The boundaries of the drainage area are not shown clearly. c. The proposed boundaries of the drainage easement are not shown at all. d. The new and existing portions of the project are not clearly denoted. EXHB-03 displays the following problems: a. The scale is stated to be at 1" = 50', but the actual drawing is at a significantly smaller scale. Please provide the drawing at a 1" = 20' scale as required in the Required Items Checklist. The dimensions of the proposed sand filter cannot be evaluated because of the problems with the scale. Please do ensure that the size of the sand filter shown on the scaled plans matches the area given in the Design Summary. You must include the system dimensions, the flow splitting device, the boundaries of the drainage easement, the outlet device, the baffle, underdrain and clean-out locations and any other pertinent design information on this plan. 4. EXHB-04 displays the following problems: a. Per the Required Items Checklist, this drawing must be to scale. The horizontal scale must be 1" = 20' or larger and the vertical scale may be larger for clarity. b. Please show the level of the temporary water storage elevation. Please address the follow design problems that were brought up during Version 1 of the project: a. The area of the sand filter shown on the plans does not match the area claimed on the Sand Filter Supplement Form. The DWQ will not approve a sand filter with such unusual geometry. b. The sand filter must be equipped with a flow spitting device. Plan details and supporting calculations for this device must be provided. c. The storm drainage system is not depicted in a clear enough manner to verify the size of the drainage area. A scour hole may not be installed upslope of an area with a 24% slope. Please discharge the overflow from the sand filter directly to the stream. Please provide details of how this discharge point will be designed. 7. The soils report does not provide an estimate of the level of the SHWT. This information must be provided. 8. The Operation and Maintenance Agreement has been omitted.
