1. A pond designed for 90%TSS removal does not meet diffuse flow requirements. Please provide
an appropriate diffuse flow device.
2. Please provide documentation of the Town of Cary's approval of the stormwater management
plan for this project. Please be aware that the wet detention pond must meet all applicable
state requirements, including the provision of a forebay. Also, the stormwater management
plan must treat all of the stormwater for the entire site.
3. Proof of the town's stormwater approval maybe comprised of EITHER:
a. A valid approval letter from the Town of Cary indicating that the proposed activity has
an approved SMP and one copy of the approved SMP, including full-sized plan details,
calculations and other supporting information, OR
b. A set of full-sized stormwater plan details and calculations stamped as"Approved" by
the Town of Cary.
