Dear Morella Sanchez -King,
Please accept this letter as our response to the Belvedere Collection System Compliance Inspection Report,
received October 12, 2020.
Regarding the repairs to pump station #2 as noted in the report, we wanted to inform you that this work is to be
completed by the developer. Therefore, we cannot provide a definitive schedule for when the work will be
completed.
We can assure you that our staff has been in contact with the developer and alerted him to the repairs that were
pointed out within the inspection report. Going forward, our staff will continue to monitor the progress of the
work, as well as maintain frequent contact with the developer to ensure all work is completed as quick as
possible. In addition, we will update your office accordingly to provide you with the current status of the
repairs.
We hope this will fulfill the response requirement stated in the Compliance Inspection Report, but if you would
