The forthcoming PCN will include a request for Nationwide Permit 29
associated with the proposed Concord Ave -Monroe site on 120 acres west
of the intersection of Concord Ave and Concord Hwy in Monroe, NC. There
are eight wetlands and four streams on site. A preliminary jurisdictional
determination was submitted and approved on 1/17/2 by Bryan Roden -
Reynolds.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
