The forthcoming PCN will include a request for Nationwide Permit 29
associated with the proposed Bakers Creek site on 106 acres west of the
intersection of Plaza Ave and W 18th Street in Kannapolis, NC. There are
six wetlands and two streams on site. A preliminary jurisdictional
determination was submitted and approved on 12/11/19 by Catherine
Janiczak.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
