Application
Dear Mr. McMillan,
CDM met with Mr. Alan Johnson from North Carolina Division of Water Quality on July 7, 2010
onsite for purpose of visiting the locations and reviewing the proposed stream impacts for the
aforementioned project. Mr. Johnson suggested making some modifications to the original Pre-
Construction Notification Application submitted for your review and approval on June 17,
2010.
Mr. Johnson suggested changing the type of impact at some locations to 'Temporary' instead of
'Permanent'. Mr. Johnson also recommended extending the stream impact length at station
148+00 to a total of 75-feet.
Also, since submittal of the original application for your review, there has been a minor change
in the sewer alignment which resulted in elimination of stream impact at station 135+78
(numbered as stream impact S9 in the original application).
Per Mr. Johnson's suggestion we are submitting only the updated sheets of the original
application. These sheets reflect the changes mentioned above and the stream impact numbers
have been updated accordingly.
