Dear Mr. Sanford:
On July 7, 2010, the 401 Oversight/Express Permitting Unit of the Division of Water Quality received a
request from Mr. Alan Pytcher, of Summit Consulting, regarding a project known as "Treyburn Walking
Trail Phase 313" for acceptance into the Express Review Program. This letter advises you that your
project will be accepted into the Express Review Program once the following items are received:
1) The fee of $200.00 made payable to the North Carolina Division of Water Quality (for two (2)
stream origin determinations);
2) Three (3) complete and collated copies of the most recent versions of the MRCS Soil Survey map
and the 1:24,000 USGS Topographic map for the site, both with the property boundaries located;
and
3) A vicinity map clearly marking the location of the site.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. Due to lack of staff availability, your project cannot be
accepted into the Express Program until July 19, 2010. Your site visit is scheduled for July 20`h at
10:30am. The clock for this project will not start until the receipt of the completed application package
and required fee are received (no earlier than July 19th). If the impacts are greater than indicated on the
Initial Interest Form and/or the services are different, you may be required to remit an additional fee. If
