Good afternoon,
Regarding the expired status of your Individual Industrial Stormwater Permit, we are behind schedule in the renewal
review process. An updated schedule may be found at the following location on our website:
https://deg.nc.gov/about/divisions/energy-mineral-land-resources/npdes-industrial-stormwater. The NCS000211

You have permission to continue discharging stormwater per the requirements of your expired Industrial Stormwater

You have submitted a renewal application at least 180 days prior to your permit's expiration date
You are current on your annual permit fees, and
You have submitted Data Monitoring Reports (DMRs) per the requirements of your permit.
Thank you,

Based on the current guidance to minimize the spread of COVID-19, the Department of Environmental Quality has adjusted operations to protect the health and
safety of the staff and public. Many employees are working remotely or are on staggered shifts. To accommodate these staffing changes, all DEQ office locations are
limiting public access to appointments only. Please check with the appropriate staff before visiting our offices, as we may be able to handle your requests by phone or
email. We appreciate your patience as we continue to serve the public during this challenging time.
