You have submitted a renewal application at least 180 days prior to your permit's expiration date
You are current on your annual permit fees, and
You have submitted Data Monitoring Reports (DMRs) per the requirements of your permit.

Hi Suzanne,
In 2018, GE Global Nuclear Fuels Americas LLC submitted an NPDES stormwater permit renewal application for permit
number NCS000022. The business still has not received the renewed permit. I've provided a copy of the renewal
documentation for reference. Is it possible to receive a status update on the application?
Regards,
Karen
