Please find the attached Initial Interest in Participation in the Express Review Program form, and supporting soils and topo
maps for Treyburn Walking Trail Phase 3B located in Treyburn Corporate Park in Durham.
We are interested in having 2 streams delineated where the proposed walking trail will be crossing. Treyburn Walking
Trail is being built in phases and we are currently designing Phase 3B. The proposed 6-foot wide asphalt walking trail will
serve the employees and private residences of Treyburn and Treyburn Corporate Park. The walking trail will be
constructed along the length of Red Mill Road, and boardwalks will be built to span over the existing streams and
wetlands when identified.

accepted into the Express Review Program. Once we receive the acceptance letter from you, we will supply you with the

Treyburn Walking Trail Phase 313 will be a 6-foot wide asphalt walking trail constructed along Red Mill Road in
Treyburn Corporate Park. The trail is being built in phases, and will serve employees and private residents of
Treyburn Corporate Park. The trail is approximately 2,800 LF in length. Boardwalks will be built to span
existing streams and wetlands. Please see attached maps.

From Raleigh take 70 West until it merges with 1-85. Take N. Roxboro Street exit, 177(US Business 501). Take a
right onto Old Oxford Hwy. (SR 1004) and drive straight until you come to Treyburn Corporate Park located in
Durham County. The nearest named town to the site would either be Butner or Hillsborough depending on
where you are located in the Park.
