Project has started and we apologize for getting this in late.
Rhodhiss is located in Caldwell and Burke Co. Rick Justice (former
Town of Rhodhiss mayor) is now the Town Manager as of 7/1/20.
The project was reduced 1,626' (from 4,846') due to budget
constraints (higher than expected bid prices), primarily those lines
located in the streets were removed.
