On June 22, 2010, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application dated June 22, 2010, to fill
or otherwise impact 0.05 acres of Isolated and Other Non-404 Jurisdictional Wetland and 20 linear feet of
perennial stream (temporary impact), to develop the site. On June 29, 2010, the DWQ sent a Request For More
Information letter to you citing five items about which this Office requests additional information. On July 1,
2010, the DWQ received additional information from you, however, you have chosen not to provide the
requested information for item nos. 2, 3, 4 and 5 (restated below). For these reasons your application is
hereby considered returned. Once you have redesigned your project to address the problems and
inadequacies with your application as it was submitted, you will need to reapply for DWQ approval. This
includes submitting a complete application package and a new fee.
Additional Information Requested:
2. Please indicate proposed lot layout as an overlay on the site plan and re-submit your site plans on
full plan sheets at a scale of no smaller than 1 "=50' with topographic contours shown.
3. Please provide building envelopes for all lots with wetlands, streams or buffers on the site plans.
4. Please locate all isolated or non-isolated wetlands, streams, and other waters of the State as overlays
on the site plan.
5. Please provide the overall percent imperviousness of the project, and an inventory of impervious for
the project. The inventory should include all proposed, building footprints, roads, driveways,
sidewalks, gravel-surfaced areas, amenity areas, etc.
Please be aware that you have no authorization under Section 401 of the Clear Water Act for this activity and
any work done within waters of the state would be a violation of North Carolina General Statutes and
