The forthcoming PCN will include a request for Nationwide Permit 29
associated with the proposed Hensley Road residential development on
31.2 acres southwest of the intersection of Nelson Road and Sunset Drive
in Charlotte, NC. There are two streams, six wetlands, and one open water
pond on site. A preliminary jurisdictional determination was submitted and
approved on 1/30/20 by David Shaeffer.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
