Comment: I reviewed Sites 1A,2, 9, 17, 18 of B Section and Sites 24, 23, 17, 16, 14, 11, 5,and 4 of the A Section
with DEO and other DOT staff. All sites were built to plans and functioning except for Site 16 outlet.
A recent storm blew out the ripraaplaced in the outlet ditch. The riprap was within the mainstem. We
agreed that DOT would make repairs by reestablishing the bank stabilization permitted impacts with
existing rip rap,lying into the stream bank and matching elevation of aggradational bar that was forming
downstream.
