September 20,2019. With the survey results, you requested an extension of the sludge survey
requirement for Lagoon `2 - east' at the Turnbull Company Farms, LLC facility. Due to the
amount of treatment volume available, and the rate of sludge accumulation for the lagoon, the
Division agrees that a sludge survey is not needed until December 31,2024.
The next sludge survey for Lagoon `2 east' at Turnbull Company Farms, LLC should be
performed before December 31, 2024. Please retain this letter and keep it with your farm records
