Bunnell Lammons Engineering,Inc.(BLE)is pleased to submit this Notice of Intent on behalf of our client,
Fitesa High Point Inc., requesting coverage under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System
(NPDES) General Permit No. NCG170000 for stormwater discharges associated with activities classified
as textile mill products.
Fitesa US LLC,a Delaware company,purchased Fiber Dynamics,Inc. located at 200 SW Point Avenue in
High Point(Guilford County),North Carolina on October 1,2020.The company will now operate as Fitesa
High Point Inc. The facility manufactures nonwoven fabrics for use as medical wipes, facemask media,
automotive products,etc. The SIC code for facility operations is 2297 (non-woven fabric).
As required,this completed application is signed by the owner/operator, includes a check for $100 and a
USGS quad sheet with the location of the facility clearly marked on the map.
