On 11/17/2020, staff visited the home to inspect the well system. Source well water and water prior to injection were sampled for Metals, Total and Fecal Coliform, Nitrates, Chloride, Sulfate and Total Dissolved Solids. Sampling results will be forwarded to the Central Office and owner when received from laboratory. System operation has been normal. Some iron staining is present at the injection well head. Water occasionally backs up in the injection well and overflows through the well vent tube. This may be due to iron bacteria build up in the well. If assimilating the water in injection well becomes a problem, the well will need to be rehabilitated. WQROS Staff Report Rev. 4/15/2016 Page 3
