Dear Ms. Fentress:
In accordance with your permit minor modification request received October 13, 2020, we are
forwarding herewith Permit No. WQ0020409 dated November 17, 2020, to the City of Raleigh for the
subject reclaimed water facilities.
Modifications to the subject Attachment A are as follows: A change in monitoring frequency to
twice per week for BOD5 (00310), Fecal Coliform (31616), Total Ammonia Nitrogen, as N (00610), and
Total Suspended Solids (00530).
The modified Attachment A shall be effective from the date of certification until June 30, 2022
(i.e., expiration date of the current permit), shall void Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0020409 issued July
19, 2017, and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein, as well as those specified
in the above -referenced permit. Please replace Attachment A of Permit No. WQ0020409 that was issued
July 19, 2017 with the modified Attachment A. Please note that the Permittee shall submit a renewal
application no later than January 1, 2022.
If any parts, requirements, or limitations contained in this permit are unacceptable, the Permittee
has the right to request an adjudicatory hearing upon written request within 30 days following receipt of
this permit. This request shall be in the form of a written petition, conforming to Chapter 150B of the North
Carolina General Statutes, and filed with the Office of Administrative Hearings at 6714 Mail Service
Center, Raleigh, NC 27699-6714. Otherwise, this permit shall be final and binding.
