Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing the project: The first phase of the development has been designed to minimize impacts to all wetlands and as many streams as possible by pushing all development to the uplands and placing the development immediately adjacent to US 15-501. The wetlands, streams and creeks at the rear of the property will be dedicated for preservation. Only 13 Acres are slated for development at this time. 1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques: Al construction on the creek banks will be from the top down thus minimizing impacts to the creek itself. All access and construction roads to the creek will be on the interior of the construction area to minimize clearing as well as sedimentation. Vegetation will be left as long as possible and sediment controls will be immediately added when vegetation is cleared. 2.
