Attached are the revised stormwater plan, profiles and BMP detail per the as-builts provided by the surveyor at
Mitchell Community College. We have included the updated BMP calculations, a cover letter, the original as -built
survey and the NOT certification form. The annual fee invoice enclosed is to ensure MCC does not have to pay the
annual fee since this terminating.
